Robust, Opera is an oven pastrycook which offers a comfort of unequalled work with its independent electronic orders by stage.
The temperatures of vault and the plates are adjustable independently from/to each other, for a custom–tailored work. Its doors out of glass “security” are dismountable without tool and hinged with an intermediate position. The drying oven of the oven OPERA accommodates from 8 to 16 plates and its temperature controls 0° with 30°.
