Creativity, excellence and innovation: Europain 2016's winning recipe

He praised the bakery and pastry industry, which had gathered for five days at the major French Touch event, and recalled how it is an essential driver of French dynamism and a real export success.

The 2016 edition was marked by a creative and high-quality program – in which all the players in the profession took part – which enabled artisans and manufacturers to find concrete ideas to boost their turnover and anticipate consumer desires.
