The group Sofinor, a leading northern player with Made in France expertise recognized for over 55 years, has just been bought by a shareholder group of 4 people.

The company will now be headed by Mr. Guillaume DELEAU, with 30 years of experience both in France and internationally. The governance he will lead remains based on a quality French production, with the desire to preserve jobs in France (Hauts de France and Brittany).

During the transition period, Mr. Jean-Jacques FINOT, who has run the family business for nearly 40 years, will support the new manager on the strategic axes that have made the company successful for several years: innovation, export and efficient industrialization.
