World Sweet Arts Festival 2018
Since June 13, 2017, the duo that will represent France has finally been revealed.
Under the watchful eye of Philippe SEGOND – MOF Pastry Chef Confectioner and President of the jury, Marie SIMON and Loïc BEZIAT won the support of the 13 jurors for their work on the theme of cycling.
This mixed duo will attempt to win the title of World Champion of Sweet Arts at the MONDIAL DES ARTS SUCRES final, which will take place during the Europain 2018 trade fair. They will face off against 15 other mixed teams and will have 19 hours to convince the jury.
Marie SIMON is chef de partie at the Palace K2 in Courchevel and at the Cap Eden Roc hotel in Antibes.
For his part, Loïc BEZIAT is responsible for creation at the Canet pastry shop in Cannes
