5 new Academicians
The French Academy of Chocolate and Confectionery held its Annual General Meeting on January 22, 2019.
Following the re-election of its president, Katherine Khodorowsky, five new Academicians were elected by their peers, in accordance with the statutes of this learned society, guardian of professional ethics in chocolate and confectionery.
