Frédéric CHAMBEAU, re-elected President of the Chocolatiers Confectioners of France

On June 17, 2019, as a preamble to the Chocolatiers' Congress held in Epernay (51), the Confederation's Executive Board re-elected Frédéric Chambeau (Maison Fouquet), at the post of President for a new 3-year term.

The new Executive Office :

– Vice-Presidents: Tiphaine Corvez (Tiphaine Chocolat), Daniel Mercier (Daniel Mercier Chocolatier) and Yann Bertrand (Rannou Métivier)

– Treasurer: Michel Cottet (Via Chocolat)

– Secretary: Christophe Bertand (Bellevue et Cie)

– Members: Agnès Humbert (Marquise de Sévigné), Raoul Boulanger (Chocolaterie Raoul Boulanger), Thierry Lalet (Saunion Sarl), Abdel Aziz El Baïz (L'Artisan du chocolat), Claude Krajner (Le Temps d'un Chocolat) and Jean-François Morin (Chocolaterie A. Morin)

New team at the helm of the Confederation

At the end of May, members of the National Confederation of Glaciers of France were called to elect their representatives. At the end of the General Assembly, Bruno AIM was elected President of the CNGF for the next 3 years. It will be based on

– Olivier Ménard (Une Glace à Paris – Paris): Vice-President of the college of single-use ice cream makers

– James Berthier (Sucré Cacao – Paris): Vice-President of the college of multi-purpose ice cream makers

– Roland Manouvrier (Polaris Périgord- St Genies 24): Vice-President of the B to B glacier college

– Edouard Beaugrand (Vandencasteele – St Sylvestre Cappel 59): Treasurer

– Bénédicte Haon (La Bonbonnière – Rivedoux 17): Confederal Secretary

– José Salge (L'Isle aux desserts – St Florent 20): Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Confederal Secretary.

13 members and council of elders composed of 8 people will come to support this new team.

Jean-Claude David, is named Honorary President.

Dominique Denoël - New President

During the General Assembly of the Association which met on June 06, 2019, a new office  was elected.

The 9thThe members of the Steering Committee are committed to continuing the momentum initiated by the previous Board of Directors to strengthen joint actions around innovation, the promotion of know-how and the expertise of equipment manufacturer members. With this in mind, all have taken on operational responsibilities within the structure.

By unanimous vote and after deliberations, it is Dominique DENOEL – CEO of VMI who was elected President  byEKIP, and who warmly thanked the former members of the office for the work carried out in recent years, and in particular the former President Patrice MORA.
