The Lycée Hôtelier du Touquet (62) hosted the regional final on February 04, 2020.
In the "Juniors" category, Gauthier CALOIN from Greta Côte d'Opale in Le Touquet Paris Plage (62) won first prize. In the "professional" category, Morgane RAIMBAUD, from the Alliance restaurant in Paris (1), was selected for the National Final in Rouen (75).
The regional final took place at the Lycée Polyvalent Hyacinthe Friant in Poligny (39) on January 28, 2020.
In the "Juniors" category, Julian LALEVEE from the CFA Jean-Baptiste Chardin in Gérardmer (88) won the title of Regional Champion. In the "professional" category, Christophe LOEFFEL, from the restaurant Le Pont de Brent in Brent (Switzerland), was selected for the National Final in Rouen (76).
It was the Lycée Saint Joseph de l'Amandier in Saint Yrieix sur Charente (16) which hosted the regional final on January 21, 2020.
Paolo NAVARRO from the Lycée Hôtelier de La Rochelle finished first in the “Juniors” category, while among the professionals, it was Jérôme BELLEGUEILLE from the Hôtel du Grand Monarque in Chartres (28) who won the title.
On January 16, 2020, the Southwest regional final of the Championship took place at the Lycée Haute Vue in Pau-Morlaas (64)
In the “Juniors” category, it was Gabriel HORVAT from the Lycée François Camel in Saint Girons (09) who finished 1st and thus secured his ticket to the final in Rouen next April.
In the “Professionals” category, Simon PACARY from the restaurant La table de Franck Putelat in Carcassonne (11) won the regional final.
Du March 9 to 21, 2020, this event created by the brands “Artisal” and “Marguerite”, will once again enliven the bakeries and pastry shops of France.
This year, three new recipes with floral signatures are offered to gourmets:
Eclair "Lovely" : rose mousseline cream, raspberry filling and touches of lychee
Eclair "Liberty" : diplomat cream with orgeat syrup, pistachio crunch and praline filling.
Eclair "Betsy" : blueberry crunch, mango pastry cream and a touch of violet
