CFIA Rennes – Postponed to the end of September 2020 in Nantes

Coronavirus-Covid19 communication – CFIA Rennes 2020 report.

GL Events, organizer of CFIA Rennes, has announced a further postponement of its 2020 edition, initially scheduled for March 10-12, then postponed to May 26, 27 and 28, 2020 at the Parc des Expo Rennes Aéroport. As a precautionary measure in light of the local health situation, it appears to the organizer GL Events, " that postponing the 2020 edition of CFIA Rennes is the most reasonable decision. The health of our 1600 exhibitors, our employees, our partners, businesses, and our public is our sole priority. This is a difficult decision to make, but the conditions are not currently in place for this event to take place peacefully. We are confident that our entire community will be there from May 26 to 28 to participate in the leading trade show. Our determination remains intact to make this 24th edition an exceptional success."

New postponement: The show will finally be held from September 29 to October 1 in Nantes. Parc de la Beaujoire.

Make the equipment safer and let people know about it.

Lempa, in partnership with INRS and CNAM, has developed test protocols since 2006 to quantify and limit flour dust emitted by all the different bakery equipment: kneaders, mixers, dividers, divider-formers, vacuum cleaners, etc. By participating in the “Safer Tools” campaign led by EKIP , Lempa, a member of the UNM (Mechanical Standardization Union) standardization committee, has helped reduce fine particles in bakeries by including this obligation to take them into account in current standards.
