Best Apprentice Bakery in France Final

On Saturday, February 20, 2021, the Saint Joseph Saint Marc High School in Concarneau (29) hosted the final of the " One of the Best Apprentices of France" competition in Baking. Co-organized with the MOF French Baking Team, and under the presidency of Sylvain Herviaux, Head of the Vocational Class, 11 finalists gave their best during the competition.

EUROSKILLS 2021

After numerous postponements due to the health crisis, Euroskills will take place at the Messecongress in Graz, Austria . At this competition, no fewer than 400 young people will compete in 45 different trades.

The French team , meanwhile, will consist of 33 competitors.
