This Saturday, February 20, 2021, the Lycée Saint Joseph Saint Marc de Concarneau (29) hosted the final of the competition One of the Best Bakery Apprentices in France. Co-organized with the French Bakery Team MOF, and under the presidency of Sylvain HERVIAUX, Head of the Professional Class, these are 11 finalists who gave their best during the tests.
