From February 23 to March 15, more than 167 votes were recorded to designate the 31 laureates of the Snacking d'Or 2021 and the 6 special prizes of these trophies organized by the magazine France Snacking to promote fast and portable food products.
Le Ministry of Culture selected the application “The artisanal know-how and culture of the Baguette de Pain” to represent France at UNESCO.
This application highlights unique expertise but also all the symbols of conviviality, sharing and social connection that the Baguette conveys.
This is UNESCO will reveal its choices in 2022.
While we await the results, this is a wonderful recognition for the entire sector and its vitality in these times of global health crisis.
