Officially celebrated by the UN since March 8, 1975, this day is an opportunity to honor all those who work for an egalitarian future in a world where "Covid-19" has entered, and to celebrate women's efforts to shape a more equal future and recovery from the pandemic. The French Academy of Chocolate confirms the organization of the French Cup for Young Chocolatiers and Confectioners.

Due to the health context, this edition will take place without an audience and will be limited to 20 participants less than 23 years old.

It's'EPMT (Paris School of Table Professions) which will host the final on Saturday April 10 2021, in strict compliance with health conditions.

The theme chosen for this edition is: “ The songs of Georges Brassens » on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of this great author, poet and musician.

Candidates will therefore have to produce an artistic piece on this theme.

They will also have to create a chocolate candy based on hazelnut Gianduja and a two-layer fruit paste with free flavors, but with a gum arabic glaze finish.
