South West Final
Yesterday, April 27, 2021, the Charles Cros Vocational High School of Carcassonne (11) hosted the regional final of the Championship under the Presidency of the MOF Franck PUTELAT, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant The table of Franck Putelat - Carcassonne
All the candidates gave their best and presented some very beautiful creations.
Two young women will represent the region in the national final.
The finalist in the “Professional” category is Aurélia DIAMBOU, chef of the Chartron restaurant in Saint Donat (26) with his dessert Citrus Variety.
The finalist in the “Junior” category is Céline LUCHILO from the Haute Vue Professional High School in Pau Morlaas (64) with its dessert Terrexture
