Leopards Trophy
La first edition of this new national culinary competition – Created by Marie Sauce-Bourreau, President of Toques Françaises, open to professionals and amateurs over 18 years old – was held on May 25 and 26, 2021 at the heart of the FIM CCI training center in Granville (50).
14 finalists met for 3 hours of tests around the competition theme: Norman products and apples.
Whelks from Granville, Roussette and Teurgoule were featured in the competitors' creations.
The jury chaired by Bernard LEPRINCE – MOF – dedicated Sébastien GUERIN – cook for the Maritime Prefect of the Channel and the North Sea – 1st professional prize.
Among amateurs, it is Yannick DUBOIS, originally from Evreux, who received the 1st Amateur Prize.
