French Dessert Champions 2022

This Wednesday, April 6th, the final of the 48th edition of the French Dessert Championship took place at the Bonneveine Hotel School in Marseille (13).

With a theme like "self-expression", chosen this year by the President of the Jury Angelo Musa, Executive Pastry Chef of the Plaza Athénée Hotel (75), childhood memories, beautiful encounters, homeland, emblematic journey... were the sources of inspiration for the candidates to make their dessert a creation in their own image.

is the 2022 French Dessert Champion in the Professional Category

 

Elsa MOLTON, of the CFA Médéric (Paris, 75), becomes the
2022 French Dessert Champion in the Junior Category

The 8th edition of the French Cup for Bakery, Viennoiserie and Pastry Schools took place during Sirha Europain .

Despite the postponement of dates due to the health situation, this 24th edition of Sirha Europain has once again proven to be the major event for French Bakery.

More than 25000 visitors were thrilled by the candidates in the major competitions, discovered new products and equipment from more than 300 brands, attended round tables and masterclasses…

The meeting is scheduled for January 2024, from the 21st to the 24th at the Parc es Expositions de Paris Porte de Versailles.
