MAF Boulangerie 2022 – 7 Winners

The final nationale of the competition One of the Best Apprentices in France Bakery took place this Wednesday September 21 at the Paris School of Bakery and Pastry in the 12th arrondissement.

At the end of the 8 hourstimes of trials, the exceptional jury has designated 7 winners out of 22 finalists :

2024 Bakery World Cup Selection of the French team

The next Bakery World Cup will take place in January 2024 as part of the SIRHA-EUROPAIN International Exhibition in PARIS.
The Bakery World Cup is a globally recognized and coveted challenge. In 2022, China Taipei won this trophy, which recognizes professional performance, teamwork, and team spirit.

Dominique Anract elected President of the European Confederation of Bakers and Pastry Makers

The CEBP Congress – European Confederation of Bakers and Pastry Makers – was held on June 11 in Berlin. After the elections, it is Dominique ANRACT, President of the National Confederation of French Bakery-Pastry who was unanimously elected President of the CEBP, thus succeeding Günther KOEFFER (Sweden).

Le September 29, 2022 , the Endowment Fund EKIP invites you to discover the Breads of the World during its 4th Colloquium which will be held at the Vivacity Auditorium /AG2R La Mondiale Paris 12th.

11 International Specialists will present a family of breads (simultaneous French/English translation): know-how, techniques and symbolism.

This friendly day will allow you to better know and understand a selection of remarkable breads according to a bread family or the main breads of a region of the world.
