European Selection for the 2024 Bakery World Cup

The European selection for the 2024 World Bakery Cup will be held from May 18 to 20, 2023, as part of the Bread Festival on the parvis of Notre Dame.

This selection will designate the 3 European teams that will join the 2024 Bakery World Cup

French Dessert Championship 2023 National Final on April 4 and 5 in Lille

True to its commitment to pastry chefs to promote desserts on the plate, Cultures Sucre, an association representing the beet-sugar industry in France, is organizing the French Dessert Championship for the 49th year.

After weeks of training, the 16 contenders for the prestigious title of French Dessert Champion, from 8 regional finals, will meet on April 4 and 5 at the International Hotel School of Lille, for the National Final, the last stage of the competition under the direction of Jury President Hugues Pouget.
