Congratulations to the 4 winners of the Bakery Class leading to the “One of the Best Craftsmen of France” diploma certification:

The winners of this 27th class will be officially "MOF" graduates and awarded titles, only during the presentation of diplomas and medals in June at the Sorbonne.
