9th edition of the French Schools Cup in Bakery, Viennese Pastry and Pastry

The starting signal has been given for the 9th edition of the French Bakery, Viennese Pastry, and Baking Schools Cup. The event kicked off with the submission of more than 300 registration forms to various initial training establishments, both in mainland France and overseas departments.

registration files duly completed must be sent before October 20th 2023

Le 16th November 2023, the jury will meet to make team selection who will earn their place in the final.
