Justine Guerné, Best Apprentice in France in Chocolate and Confectionery 2023
On Friday, October 27, the Paris School of Table Professions (75) hosted the national final of the MAF Chocolaterie Confiserie 2023, co-organized by the Confédération des Chocolatiers Confectioneurs de France and the Société nationale des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
Justine GUERNÉ, an apprentice at the CMA Hauts de France in Tourcoing and an apprentice with Quentin Bailly (Lille – 59), particularly distinguished herself during 7 hours of intense competition. She won the 2023 edition of the MAF Chocolaterie Confiserie.
