Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, in partnership with the Chambers of Trades and Crafts and with the support of Socama Rives de Paris, organized the regional edition of the Stars & Métiers 9 prize on October 2023.

4 bakers and pastry chefs were rewarded:

In the Responsible category:

Amaury Fieutelot, Large Bread Stores in Clichy;

Priscilla Hayertz, Boulangerie Raphaëlle in Paris;

Arnaud Delmontel, Maison Delmontel in Paris.

In the Entrepreneur category:

Laetitia Antoine, Apholl at Roche Guyon.
