From May 11 to 19, the Bread Festival returns for a 27thrd edition. The theme will focus on the link between bread and sport, echoing the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Due to its nutritional value, bread is a food of choice for athletes!
Under the expert gaze of a jury of gastronomy professionals, Alexandre LEGRAS and Marion WICKAERT distinguished themselves through their creativity, technical expertise, and commitment. They thus join the large family of French Dessert Champions, respectively in the Professional and Junior categories. Organized by Cultures Sucre and chaired by pastry chef Claire Heitzler (Claire Heitzler & Producteurs pastry shop in Levallois – 92), the National Final of the 50th French Dessert Championship took place on April 3 and 4, 2024 at the Christian Bourquin High School in Argelès-sur-Mer (66).
