28th edition of the Bread Festival

Paris will host the largest temporary bakery in the country. Thursday May 1st to Sunday 11th May 2025, the forecourt of Notre-Dame-de-Paris Cathedral will be transformed into a true temple of bakery, where the public will be able to interact with artisan bakers and pastry chefs.

The 2025 Bread Festival will once again be an opportunity for artisan bakers and pastry chefs to unite and share their passion with the public. This unique event will showcase promising professions that are essential to our gastronomic heritage and the vitality of our regions.
Indeed, this year, the focus is on the various professions in the bakery and pastry industry: bakers, pastry chefs, pastry chefs, salespeople, and snack specialists.
