MJBI, the French silver medal-winning team

During the last edition of the Best Young International Bakers (MJBI) from July 21 to 24 at Fipan in Brazil, the French Team, represented by Tom Nesci and Sacha Sully, is mounted on the second step of the podium in the international final, just behind China.

Tom and Sacha, training at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris (EBP), offered their own interpretation of the theme “Tradition meets innovation” through an artistic piece composed of a watermill wheel and a windmill symbolizing tradition, as well as a modern wind turbine embodying innovation.

Well done to them and to their coach Antonin Racinet.
