40th edition of the “One of the Best Apprentices in France” Bakery Competition

For its 40th edition, the competition “One of the Best Apprentices in France” Bakery will be held from September 15 to 18, 2025 in Auxerre (89), in the heart of Burgundy, an emblematic region of French gastronomic heritage.

Since 1985, this competition has revealed the talents of tomorrow and recognized the most promising among them. In 2025, young bakers in initial training or apprenticeship, aged under 21, will have 8 hours to create a range of technical, creative and demanding products, including a decorative piece worthy of this symbolic anniversary.
