Grand Prix 2020 and 2021

The awards ceremony took place on June 3rd in the prestigious setting of the Manufacture Nationale des Gobelins in Paris. Stars and Professions, trophy co-organized by the networks of the People's Bank and CMA.

For this exceptional edition, 6 winners were distinguished, namely 1 Craftsman of the Year and 2 exemplary winners for 2020 – the ceremony could not take place last year, and for 2021.

Amaury de la Tour, “House of the Tower” in Clamart (92) was designated Craftsman of the Year 2020This baker-pastry chef has developed a very wide range of organic breads, created an iconic pastry "Le Clamartois", but is also involved in the fight against food waste by donating his surplus bread to charities and also by transforming part of this surplus into "La Moissine" craft beer.

For 2021 is Jean-Henri Pagnon who is named Craftsman of the Year. Jean-Henri creates knives in stainless steel, raw forged or Damascus in con JPH workshop located in Saint André des Eaux (44). Its kitchen and table knives are highly prized by individuals, but also by professionals and restaurateurs.
