10th French Schools Cup, the results

La 10th edition of the French Schools Cup in Bakery, Viennoiserie, Pastry The competition took place on January 18 and 19, 2026, during the Sirha Bake and Snack Europain trade show. Five mixed teams, each composed of three candidates, competed for six hours in the "Espoirs" (Hopefuls) category on Sunday, January 18. Five teams competed the following day in the "Excellence" category, around the theme "The Bicentenary of Photography," under the patronage of Grégoire Bardet, coach of the French team that won the 2024 World Baking Cup, and head instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

IBA-UIBC Cup of Bakers, International Bakers' Cup

The French team is the big winner of the "IBA-UIBC Cup of Bakers", International Bakers' Cup, at the IBA Show in Düsseldorf, Germany! Represented by Corentin Molina, Vice-Champion of France in Bakery, and Yanis Thouy, bronze medalist of the 2025 French Cup, they won the cup against the five other competing teams! Corentin and Yanis competed in creativity during these two intense days to offer the best of French artisanal baking know-how.

Marjorie MIETTE, MAF Chocolaterie Confectionerie 2024

After intense competition and months of preparation, Marjorie MIETTE was awarded the iconic title " One of the Best Apprentices in France in Chocolate and Confectionery » 2024, a decisive step in his professional career.

This year's theme was "Architecture through Time." Marjorie Miette distinguished herself with creations that blended taste and elegance, while scrupulously respecting the criteria imposed by the jury, composed of professionals. Each candidate was evaluated on the manufacturing, presentation, and tasting of their creations. Technical rigor, dexterity, and ability to innovate were decisive factors in the final decision.
